Alternate Fuel Systems


Cleaver-Brooks defines alternative fuels as any fuel that is not standard commercially available used with a burner/boiler combination. Standard, commercially available fuels include natural gas, light oil, and heavy oil.

Alternate fuels include digester gas, landfill gas, solvents, waste oils, hydrogen, town gas, or biogas are considered nonstandard, waste, or alternative.
