Cleaver-Brooks First-Ever Virtual Meeting a Success

THOMASVILLE, Ga. (September 30, 2020) – More than 500 Cleaver-Brooks authorized representatives representing 35 different countries participated in the company’s first-ever virtual sales meeting, held September 14 – 16, 2020. The meeting, which was to take place in person in Monroe, Wisconsin, changed to a virtual meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“A tremendous upside of the virtual meeting format was the surge in participation and engagement,” said Bart Aitken, president and CEO of Cleaver-Brooks. “With no travel or accommodations required, more of our sales and service representatives were able to attend the meeting and interact with their colleagues at Cleaver-Brooks and fellow agencies in a year when connectedness and communication are more important than ever.”

For the virtual meeting, Cleaver-Brooks set up five studios across three states, and the flexibility of the format enabled the company to live stream seven tracks featuring 27 different breakout sessions. These sessions allowed its sales and service representatives around the globe to deeply engage with boiler engineers and product specialists to learn about the company’s latest design and technological advancements that are driving new and next-generation boiler room solutions. These solutions were unveiled to the representatives, creating excitement around several upcoming product launches and solution offerings as well as equipment advancement upgrades.

“Together with our sales and service representatives, we are in a unique position to deliver integrated equipment, full lifecycle services and expert consultation to all our customers,” said Aitken. “A fully integrated continuum of services, the sum of which is greater than its parts. This is the Power of Total Integration, and it enables us to deliver on our promise to drive business value for our customers.”

One way Cleaver-Brooks is delivering on its promise to drive business value for customers is through its Prometha® Connected Boiler Room Solutions, launched earlier this year. This IoT-connected advancement enables boiler operators and plant managers to receive instant alerts and key performance indicators on a mobile device as well as track trends and gain actionable insights through the trusted expertise of Cleaver-Brooks and its representative partners. Participation in this breakout session was high since Prometha is the first device of its kind in the boiler industry.

Another value-added service is the Cleaver-Brooks Boiler Plant Optimization OverviewTM, a complimentary boiler room evaluation performed by a certified specialist highlighting improvement opportunities in efficiency and energy savings for the end user. This tool is just one facet of the advanced Boiler Plant Optimization (BPO) program.

Many customer success stories were shared throughout the breakout sessions, demonstrating results of Cleaver-Brooks Power of Total IntegrationTM with regard to increasing efficiency, reliability, safety and sustainability.

Based on feedback collected from meeting participants, Cleaver-Brooks speakers and the company’s Marketing and IT teams, the 2020 Cleaver-Brooks Sales Meeting was an outstanding success to be repeated in years to come.
