Earl Jewett

Senior Vice President of Operations

Earl Jewett joined the Cleaver-Brooks in April 2022 as a contract employee to help execute the Thomasville OPEX strategy.  He joined the executive team full time in 2023.  Prior to joining Cleaver-Brooks, Earl served as COO for PlayPower Inc., overseeing North America Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.  Before joining PlayPower, Earl served as the Chief Operating Officer of LBP Manufacturing, a leading global food and beverage packaging producer.  Earl was responsible for LBP’s operations in the USA, Poland, and China.  Before joining LBP, Earl served as the Vice President of Manufacturing for Klein Tool.  Before working at Klein Tools, Earl spent several years as COO of WS Packaging, where his responsibilities included leading and driving performance in 22 manufacturing plants, the IMPACT business system, and manufacturing engineering leading the implementation of Lean, supply chain performance management, and quality control related processes.  Before joining WS Packaging in 2010, Earl held various leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, including Vice President of North American Operations for Apex Tool Group, where he was responsible for 12 manufacturing sites, 6 distribution centers, global sourcing, and the Apex Business System. Earl’s experience in manufacturing, procurement and quality management started with Trane, Inc., then an American Standard company, during an 11-year tenure.
