Ryan Lepp

Senior Vice President, IWT & Energy Recovery Systems

Ryan Lepp joined the executive management team in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Industrial Watertube Boilers. He is responsible for leading the sales support, product management, sales engineering and product development teams for the Industrial Watertube product offering, including standard, custom/engineered and HRSG lines. Lepp received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University and earned a master's degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. He worked for more than 15 years at Rockwell Automation Inc. in a variety of progressively more responsible positions in product and sales engineering, sales management and general management. Most recently, Lepp was Vice President of the Industrial and Network Business at Panduit Corporation. While at Panduit, he also served as executive sponsor for its cultural change initiatives.
