The Cleaver-Brooks EOS 500 Burner Control System offers high-performance burner control features at an affordable price. With a standard 7" touchscreen interface, it is easy to configure and monitor the EOS 500 as well. Offered in three sizes with many parameterized options, the EOS 500 can be configured perfectly for most burner applications.

Low-cost failsafe solid-state UV and IR scanners take safety to another level with the EOS 500, allowing for continuous burner operation if needed. Easy wiring and installation of the control and actuators also makes the EOS 500 the perfect choice for burner control modernizations, whether replacing a linkage control system or another type of parallel positioning system.

The standard Modbus TCP/IP interface allows simultaneous connection to multiple masters, allowing both a Prometha and a building or plant automation system to monitor data without conflict. The integrated load control with advanced PID allows the direct connection of a steam or hot water sensor to modulate the burner to maintain setpoint.
